Jay Cross is a thought leader in strategic marketing, selling intangibles, and performance improvement. As CEO of Internet Time Group, he helps organizations identify winning ideas and communicate them in metaphor, pictures, words, and action. He coined the term “eLearning” and wrote the book, Implementing eLearning. He also serves as CEO of Emergent Learning Forum, a 1800 member community of practice and advocacy group at the intersection of corporate learning and technology. His current research interests include realtime workflow learning, visual communication, collaboration, learning metrics, blogging, customer learning, and internal marketing.
